Athletics: Signups for Dance and 7th and 8th Grade Boys Basketball are now open! If you plan to participate, please sign up using the link and also be sure you are registered on Bound. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Amico in the Activities Office.
Scorekeeping: If you are interested in scorekeeping for the Boys Basketball Home games, please come to the Activities Office to sign up.
National Anthem: Students, if you have any interest in singing the National Anthem, or playing your instrument for the National Anthem at Home Basketball games, please come sign up in the Activities Office.
Builders Club: Those who have already returned their permission slips will meet in Mrs. Palm’s room 8th period Friday with ALL of your belongings. Please make sure someone plans to pick you up. Group 2 students need to be picked up at Hawkeye at 3:30 sharp. Group 1 students need to be picked up at Roosevelt at 3:20 sharp. Those who don’t have permission slips turned in need to report to homebase.
Snowy STEAM Night: Roosevelt FIRST Tech Challenge teams here are hosting the 2nd annual Snowy STEAM Night on Tuesday, December 16th from 5-7pm in the cafeteria! This event provides an opportunity for students to explore engaging activities that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. This event also gives students a chance to learn about robotics programs in middle school. Please join us for this wonderful winter event!
PBIS: The PBIS store will be open today at lunch for 6th and 8th grade music students only. Seventh grade music students will be able to visit the PBIS store next week with their house during CNN10. Visit our PBIS Canvas course to see the store flyer and when the PBIS store will be in your house.
Starting Monday, students may sign up for our PBIS movie event to be held on Friday, December 19th during the last 2 hours of the school day. The cost to attend is 10 raptor tickets. Just a reminder, If you earn a major referral at any point during next week you will be unable to attend the PBIS movie event.
Music Day: Our next Music Day is Friday December 19th. Mrs. Amico sent an email this morning with a link to request songs. Just a reminder, ALL requests must be submitted through the link, do not email Mrs. Amico directly with a song request.
